Semi-Annual inspections and cleaning help reduce your utility bills. Out Maintenance Plans are designed to “Pay for Itself” in fewer breakdowns and extend equipment life. All customers who purchase a maintenance will get top priority scheduling. Emergency Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Technician arrived on time, they were quickly able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem. Quick, efficient and was great at communicating about the what and why's of everything he'd done. I highly recommend Foster to anyone with A/C or heating needs.

If I could rate them more than five stars, I would. They were quick to answer the phone and had a repair tech out first thing the following morning. Our tech was super kind and explained everything very well. He replaced our bad part quickly and made sure our AC was doing its job before leaving.

Return customer - love their ethics. The first job I had required a bit of customization and engineering to get things right. There was a period where bugs had to be worked out (like with any new machine) - but I was impressed with their determination to make sure everything was done correctly. Gary was the person I worked with to help troubleshoot and find solutions and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and took time to explain things to me. Marshall worked with me the second time and made sure I had all the information I needed to make decisions and took time to explain things as well. It was truly appreciated. It’s important to take care of your customers as a small business- and they embody that mentality.

Gary came by to do our spring HVAC check. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and understanding (I had to reschedule at the last minute). Foster’s is the only HVAC company that we use for our businesses (Threads Thrift Store, 55 & Go, Joy Toys & Bikes and the Grand River Multiplepurpose Center) We could not be more pleased with everything from the way they answer the phone for an emergency call to our new units being installed. Everything and everyone is professional, very knowledgeable and friendly.

If you are needing a new unit or an upgrade, I can’t say enough good things about the process with Foster’s. They spent 2 hrs with me discussing my vision for our showroom at Threads Thrift Store. They explained in detail what would work, what wouldn’t and offered fantastic alternatives. The installation was seamless and looks FANTASTIC!

Our A/C completely quit on a Sunday i called Monday morning they had someone out that afternoon and a new unit put in by Saturday!!! Great people!! Thanks guys!!!
